Our vibrant community of teachers are all highly trained, passionate about what they do and very experienced. They are dedicated to providing you the best instruction and inspiration. By building on your strengths, our teachers help you reach the Optimum You in a learning environment that is positive, inspiring and engaging. All of our teacher are unique in their own style and are encouraged to bring their personality and individual approach to class. We strive to make your experience at the studio safe, fun and with an interesting mix of different teachers.

CAROLINE BRENNAN
Caroline brings over 25 years of experience in fitness and movement, beginning her career as a personal trainer and sports therapist. She discovered Pilates when it first arrived in the UK, instantly recognising its transformative potential. Since then, she has trained with leading Pilates and yoga providers, creating classes that blend variety with the core principles of Pilates, centering, control, precision, breath and flow. Caroline believes Pilates is about more than posture or a strong core; it is a complete co-ordination of body, mind and spirit. She looks forward to welcoming students to her energising and mindful classes.

LOU TRINDER
Lou fell in love with Pilates when it was introduced at her workplace, quickly realising its power as both a physical challenge and a mental reset. With a busy media career in London and three young children, that one hour each week left her feeling recharged and ready for the week ahead. After relocating to Market Harborough, Lou transitioned from desk work to teaching, sharing her enthusiasm for the benefits of Pilates. She continues to train and learn, bringing fresh ideas and an approachable style to her classes, where the focus is always on progress, positivity and enjoying the movement.

MANDY BLAIR
Mandy is a fully qualified Body Control Pilates teacher, trained to the highest standard and committed to ongoing professional development. Her aim is to help students move with ease, confidence and efficiency, improving posture, mobility, balance and co-ordination over time. Mandy’s classes are progressive, precise and grounded in understanding the purpose behind each movement, focusing on alignment, breathing and centring. She teaches with warmth, humour and a strong sense of community, creating an environment where hard work and fun go hand in hand. Mandy also specialises in low back pain and is working towards advanced qualifications in bone health.

MICHAL AVRIEL
With over 23 years of experience as a Pilates and fitness instructor, Michal brings a wealth of expertise to her teaching. Originally from Israel, where she ran two successful studios specialising in Reformer Pilates and fitness classes, she relocated to the UK in 2023 and joined the Optimum You community. Her teaching style is dynamic, fun and results-focused, whether working one-to-one, in small duets, or in her popular Friday group mat class. Michal’s passion for movement and her friendly, encouraging approach ensure that every student feels supported and inspired to progress. Karmi Yogi’s are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community special. In exchange for working 4 hours per week cleaning and supporting the studio, Karmi Yogi’s will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
