Living in Mental Wellbeing Coaching
Most people don’t struggle because of their circumstances, they struggle because of how their mind is responding to them.
We all experience stress, self-doubt, overthinking and emotional ups and downs. But when we don’t understand how our thinking works, it can feel like our thoughts are running the show. That’s where coaching with Nigel helps.
Nigel works with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or dissatisfied, whether that shows up in work, relationships or general wellbeing. His coaching helps clients understand how their mind really works, so they can stop fighting their thoughts and start responding to life with more clarity, calm and confidence.
Rather than teaching techniques to “fix” yourself, Nigel helps you recognise that you already have everything you need to feel better. When you understand how thought creates your experience, problems become easier to navigate and emotional resilience grows naturally.
Nigel offers one-to-one coaching, workshops and ongoing support for people who want:
- Less stress and mental noise
- More emotional balance
- Better decision-making
- Greater confidence and perspective
- A healthier relationship with their own mind
Nigel’s background
Nigel brings a rare mix of science, leadership and psychology to his coaching.
He has a degree in biology and spent over 40 years leading businesses and managing organisational change. He holds a BSc from the University of Warwick and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. His career has taken him across the UK, Europe and Australia.
Alongside this, Nigel developed a deep interest in how the human mind works, particularly in relation to leadership, pressure and wellbeing. Over the past decade, he has studied human psychology under respected teachers in the USA, applying these insights to help people live and work with less stress and more clarity.
His approach is practical, compassionate and grounded in real-world experience, ideal for people who want meaningful change without complicated methods or endless self-analysis.
