‘Inspiration for Mind & Body’ Yoga Retreat, Coniston Water. Lake District

Immersed deep in nature and idyllic surroundings, prepare yourself for the utterly breath-taking scenery of Coniston Water. Expect multi-disciplines of yoga, life coaching, meditation, stunning hikes, special guest speakers and relaxed vibes as you fill up on fresh air and nature. The location of our Summer Yoga Retreat is set within a historic period property and the venue’s elevated position provides sensational views of the Lake and high fells beyond with the village of Coniston within walking distance. Whether it is exploring the grounds or simply getting lost in the views, we’ve found the perfect place to escape the bustle of the year and day-to-day life.

The first yoga class will be on Friday evening, followed by a delicious dinner. We will then lead you through two classes on both Saturday and Sunday, a more energetic morning class to align to body and breath and an early evening practice to delve deeper into the postures and relax and restore after the day’s activities. On Monday there will be a morning practice before brunch and the end of the retreat.

Life Coaching 

“A goal without a plan is just a dream”. If you feel like you need to start afresh and restore your vision, our life coaching workshops will bring clarity and help you set clear goals. We’ll look at your aims and ambitions to ‘find your why?’ and define clear steps to achieve short and long term goals – by understanding your internal and external obstacles. We’ll also explore any overarching limiting beliefs that may have been holding you back and see what you can do to tackle them during the year ahead.

The Lake District National Park has walks for every ability from ambles around lakes to high ridge adventures – there is something for everyone. All activities are optional and you’ll have plenty of free time to unwind, take a leisurely walk or relax in one of the comfy lounges.

Accommodation & Living

Surrounded by the stunning water and inspiring mountains, the comfortable accommodation is finished to a high standard and all rooms are en-suite with shower. The fireside sofas are deep and comfy and the views are an expanse of nature and space.

We’re absolutely delighted to confirm that our wonderful Nutritionalist and Health Coach Yasmina will be joining us again to carefully plan and prepare the delicious, wholesome food.  Expect a menu to nourish body and soul, making your meals here truly memorable. Think healthy, delicious, vegetarian, gluten free, no refined sugar (still have cakes & treats), nourishing and wholesome! Vegan options available.

Four Day Retreat includes Three Nights accommodation, all Nutritional Balanced Meals, Twice Daily Yoga and Meditation, 2 x Life Coaching Workshops + more!

Our retreats are ideal for those travelling alone, couples and friends (non-yoga partners and friends are also welcome). All activities are optional and all levels welcome, from beginners to advanced yogis, as well as other yoga teachers.
